I ran 3.7 miles today, and it felt so amazing. I hit my stride early in the run, my breathing was even and strong, and my heartrate stayed in my target range without an overload of effort...

I think I'm at a point where I can increase my mileage again. I have until 8/31 to get to a full 10K (6.2 miles). As good as my runs are feeling these days, I'm not worried at all.

I'm also going to attempt a duathalon in September- 12 miles on bike followed by a 5K. I'm really excited since I didn't get to do the tri last month.

Oh, and this fat runner is out of an XL for the first time since college! YAY me!!
